Ester is enthusiastic, social, loyal to family and friends but also to her customers. She is independent, entertaining, flexible and therefore widely deployable. She is sensitive lady but excels in the mostly male, financial world. She is tactical, diplomatic, a connector and a bridge builder between Management, MT, Management between the various departments and employees.
She thrives on high responsibilities and feels comfortable when challenged. Ambitious as she is, she strives for growth so she can use her talents because the bar is set high. Her strength lies on the analytical level; she switches quickly and sees (causal) connections. She is critical, humorous, relativistic and levelheaded. She is firmly and down to earth.
Working from a high sense of responsibility, she focuses on the goals. Quality first, dares to take responsibility, liability and express sensitive and financially necessary actions. But always with mutual respect and humanity. Ester likes to use her knowledge, skills and work experience in favor of the efficiency within your financial processes, and, the connection of your finance department with the other business processes.

Translating figures, anticipating sales strategies, laws and regulations and business development. This links to necessary financial investments, costs, recruitment, salary and for example, housing. A level-headed view of feasibility, business cases and monitoring of financial employees.
Ester stays on top of things and makes the main lines transparent to the level of detail. She quickly familiarizes herself with your company, your organization, the market, the products, financial, planning, control and (sales) management systems.
Integrity is obvious. Due to her great accountability, Ester has access to all financial statuses and personnel files. She is professional at all times, retains her objectivity and maintains her integrity; to others but also to themselves. She is straightforward and dares to get down to business, has courage and treats others with respect.
Trustworthy, good-hearted and honest. The customer can always rely on her. She stands by clients and colleagues. She is discreet and quickly gains confidence. Due to her sensitivity she quickly picks up signals, which makes her human. Ester is genuinely interested in the person behind the colleagues.
In terms of content, efficiency is one of her greatest strenghts. She is straight to the point. Averse to tunnel vision and habits, but critically examines how processes can be adapted differently and better to current and future (technical) developments. Taking thinking outside the box as a starting point both departmental and company wide.
She combines work processes of various departments. She sees and recognizes synergy in departmental processes and activities through her helicopter view. In addition, she is a respectful, tactical and diplomatic sparring partner for management(s) on how financial management can be done more efficiently and better.
Due to her adaptability, Ester soon becomes familiar/own in a new organization. She’s accessible and has an open nature. Quickly finds her routine, gets to information easily and due to her flexibility, she adapts quickly within different corporate cultures. Her work experience within various branches such as oil, production environments, retail fashion, chemistry, software, IT and SAAS, made her a master in the characteristics of a chameleon.
