Ester is enthusiastic, social, loyal to family, friends but also to her customers. She is independent, entertaining, flexible and can therefore be used anywhere. A sensitive lady who, however, stands her ground in the mostly male financial world. Within it she navigates tactically, diplomatically and is a connector and bridge builder; a bridge builder between Board, MT, Management between the different departments and employees. 

 

She easily carries great responsibility and derives her satisfaction from it. She feels comfortable being challenged. Ambitious as she is, she strives for growth so that her talents are fully utilized. The bar is high. For herself and for the other. Her strength lies in the analytical field; she switches quickly and sees (causal) connections. She is critical, humorous, putting things into perspective and sobering. She stands firmly on the ground with both legs. The latter inspired by her childhood, partly, on the farm in Friesland; on everything, hair tied in a ponytail, milking cows and in possession of a tractor driver's license. Tackling and taking the bull by the horns is not strange to her. 

Working from a high sense of responsibility, she focuses on the end goal. Quality comes first, dares to take responsibility and liability and, in particular, to express sensitive and financially necessary actions. Always keeping mutual respect and humanity in mind. Ester likes to use her knowledge, skills and work experience to improve the efficiency of your financial processes and the connection of your Finance department with the other business processes.
